Common among many of my clients, prior to their working with me, is that their prospective clients aren’t staying in their sales pipeline. Prospects would email or call my clients to express interest in their services. Since my clients typically were so busy keeping up with their administrative tasks, the prospects would often fall through the cracks. Sometimes, my clients would reach out once and then simply fail to follow up again, or not send a proposal, or not keep to whatever commitment they made during their initial call. This way, many prospects probably took their business elsewhere.
